Changing DOB on passport and other visa docs-living in US for 5 years already

Hi my family did not have good record and all my passport and docs have incorrect DOB. I want to change it, since finally got the correct Birth Certificate from Municipal goverment. But all my documents and F1 etc are all in old passport DOB. So if I get new passport with legal change in DOB, what actions...

Whould the USCIS, interviewing officer accept a Certificate of Conduct if I was to get one, too prove that I am the person connected to that actual arrest.
