My employer didn't pay me and I have complained to dol.The dol has given me an acknowledgement letter with case number and my employer has still not revoked my visa.The acknowledgement letter gives instead of last three paystubs but when does my 60 day period start.

How long does it usually take to receive PERM account from DOL? My employer has registered it more than a month ago and hasn't received it yet. DOL helpdesk is not responding. Can he reregister?
