Entered Date of Birth wrong in DS 160 application form

I Entered Date of Birth of my spouse wrong in DS 160 application form in my last interviews,
I applied VISA's thrice in Indian, in Jan 2012, March 2012 and Apr.2013, for B1 Business visa(all were rejected for 214(B) reason), at that time...

My appointment is on Tuesday (12th Feb) and OFC is on 11th Feb.
I have wrongly spelled my City of birth in DS-160.

What to do now?
Is there any option to change in the consulate office.
Please advice.

Hi,
In ds 160 given names field has max. character restriction.
But my given names in passport has more than the restriction.

how can I proceed furthur ,as this field should be same as it is in passport?
