I'm currently on E3D visa and apply for EAD. I have received the notice ask me to submit my husband's approval notice for Form I129. It's his first time apply for E3 visa and he got it in Vancouver, from our understanding, the I129 is not necessary unless he has apply the visa...

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me the approximate processing times for E3 and E3D visa extensions at chennai consulate from the date of the interview?

Have a 3 week vacation gap at chennai before my extension needs to be completed. Possible?
