I'm now 117 days into EAD application (Nebraska) & have already filed several service requests & now have requested expedite. Does anybody have idea how long this should take? Reason for expedite - financial loss as I'm unable to accept a job offer that I have received....

I have got L1B and my spouse has L2 visa. I am in US and my wife will
be travelling to the US shortly.
The plan is that my spouse will take 3 weeks vacation from the current
organisation and then apply for EAD and then return back to India for

Got a Job Offer but havenot recieved EAD yet. Application in process for 2 months.
I will be thankful if anyone can help me in this regard. I came to US on F1 visa about two years ago ,and got married here, and my wife is a US Citizen. I have applied for AOS and got my Receipt on June 9th and my Biometrics were completed on July12.
The problem is, I haven't received... -

I have a ditto situation like many of you here. Trying to find an answer. I applied for i765 & got a receipt notice on 30th december 2010 confirming with appointment date for biometric. biometric was done on 3rd feb 2011. checks for fee encashed on Jan 20th 2011. its now more than 30 days from biometric... -
renewal or new EAD
Hi All
I am on L2 visa just before sometime my visa got extended.
My EAD got expired in April'09 so can I apply for renewal or I need to get the new EAD.
Does anyone know how long it takes(PROCESSING TIME) now a days for getting EAD(last time before 2yrs...
