In 2017, I got my greed card based on approved EB1A I-140 (priority date 9/22/2016).
In 2018, my wife filed her I-485 application also based my EB1A I-140.
Today, we received letters from USCIS saying her applications had been administratively closed; it seems it's due...

EB1C Processing with L1B Visa Type

I have got my I-140 filed (Pending Review) in EB1C category, I came with L1B Visa. My attorney told me that there is no need to convert to L1A to apply in EB1 category, as long as I meet the required conditions to file my case in EB1C. Anybody has got their Green Card approved... -
EB1 C Status Change
My EB1 C case was submitted on 25th of Apr '17. In Jul I got EAD, no update on I-140. But, today I got update on 485 that "New Card is being produced". Does it mean Case is approved? What is the next process as my I-140 status still shows pending. -
