I-485 Transferred to NBC, Lee's summit, MO

Hello, I just received a notice that my case has been transferred to the National Benefits Center and have a question.

I filed an EB-1 Application (Employment Based Adjustment) with priority date Oct 2017 and had all other required forms (I-129, I-131, I-765, I-140) approved in 2018....

EB1 eligibility and chances of approval

Hello All,

I am in process of filing EB1-EA I-140 petition soon (I am on H1b from past 12 years - waiting in Eb2 category), and I was wondering if I can get some comments from this community on the chances on my case. I am BS in Computer Science and MBA from a top 3 Business school in US....

Hi,

I applied for greencard in the EB1 category. The priority date on my application is 03/29/2018. My I-140 was approved and I got a notification that on June 19th my case was transferred to the National Benefits Center in Missouri. And from then on, no updates. I did received my EAD...
