EB1 eligibility and chances of approval

I am in process of filing EB1-EA I-140 petition soon (I am on H1b from past 12 years - waiting in Eb2 category), and I was wondering if I can get some comments from this community on the chances on my case. I am BS in Computer Science and MBA from a top 3 Business school in US....

Hi, I am currently in H1B and have my I140 approved under EB2 from Employer B. I was earlier on L1A(blanket) with my previous employer A. I have joined employer A again in H1B this time after about 4.5 years. If Employer A now files for my GC, can I port my category from EB2 to EB1 considering L1A approved...
