Hi, I have an L1a Visa starting from 20 DEC 2018. I joined my company in the US as a CIO on Jan 6th, 2019, and have been paying taxes and have SSN in the US since. I understand that to be eligible for EB1C I have to have worked for at least 1 of the past 3 years in a managerial/exec role outside the US.
I have been in the US on an L1A for the past 2.5 years - does this mean that by definition I do not qualify for an EB1C...?
