I485 pending base i360 job change

Hello, my i485 is pending about 21 months base in i360 employment Offer job especially immigrant . Can I change the job ? Or work in 2 jobs ? Because I just saw post about i140 change jobs after 180 days 6 meses . But nothing about i360 offer job religious? Someone can help ?

I know if a church wants to get a green card for a minister (through EB-4 religious worker), it is supposed to hold all religious ceremonies and prayers since they are church. But, if an organization which is not church, but associated with a religious denomination, wants to petition for a green card...
