Job Change being on H-1 visa and approved I-140

I need help to understand the process and best time to switch Job

Scenario:

1- I am an Indian Citizen
2- I hold a H-1 Visa sponsored by my current employer since Oct 2016
3- I have a approved I-140 under EB-2 category, I-140 got approved...

I have only came across a post or two so I am asking this question again here.

I have my H1B transfer initiated through an employer 1.
Have not received the transfer receipt yet so I am still working...
