I attended visa interview to get my H1 visa stamped on 12/12/2017 and it was approved. This is my first H1 visa stamping. Prior to this I was on F-1. Expiration date on old I-797A is 12/29/2017. I filed for an extension and my recent i-797 has expiration date of 11/05/2018.

My wife's name: WWW SSS

in the OCI booklet they have printed my wife's name (under kid's mother feild) as : WWW AAA SSS SSS

The error is that they have printed my surname SSS, 2 times after my wife's name....
