Is H1B Amendment Needed for Work From Home With New End Client

I work in the EVC (Employer, Vendor, Client) model. I will be having a new client (with their office) in a different state than where I am now. The client is open to let me work from home.

Would I need to file a H1B Amendment. My current H1B is valid through June 2017....

I am planning to invite my parents to stay with me for 2 months. I am working on a EVC model.
Does my employer need to mention client name and location in employment verification letter ?

I am currently on H1 status and wife is on H4 and my son is US citizen.

I am working right now in EVC model (Employer-- Vendor -- Client)

I have got L1 stamping and my wife has L2 stamping. Then after change of status happened in US.
