green card expires in 2 days

hi, had my bio metric appointment in the middle of october, all went well, no replacement green card yet but it expires in 2 days. also my passport is in the UK being renewed, need some form of help, no idea what, i tried my case number on the uscis site but it says not recognized.

If my L1 visa is expiring in Jan 2015 can I still travel from the same company in Dec 2014 or Jan 2015 itself? If possible, what would be my next steps to renew the visa?
