Hi
I will be traveling to India in December . I have a stamped h1 with my existing employer which is valid till August 15 2016.
Meanwhile the same employer filed for an extension of my status and I got the approval notice for extension upto August 2018.

Apply for Green Card for Parents or Extend Visa

My Mother will be in US by Aug 2015 but her current B1/B2 visa expires on Oct/28/2015. I want to apply for her Green card so that she can continue to stay with us. Should I first extend her visa or straight away apply for I-130 and I-485 ?
