I was on F-1 Visa from 2008 and I graduated in November 2010. I applied for CPT in Jan 2010 . My F1 visa expired in 2012. I did not apply for OPT.
I moved from the US in 2010 to the UK . I want to go back to the USA . Is it possible for me to apply for my unused OPT?... -

I came to the US on an H1B visa and worked in this country for 5 years. During my first year working, I met the love of my life who is a US citizen. We dated for a year and then moved in together at the end of the year. We now about 5 years in all. I got married to him on August 10, 2013 :-)
