I have an a scenario wherein I have approved H1 B visa. My current legal status in US is F2. I am looking for job opportunities. Most of the time I end of getting offers from Employers who would want me to transfer me on their payroll.

Hi, I have applied for F1 visa in November 2012 but it got rejected. So Iam planning to apply for F2 visa as my husband is already in US on F1 visa. Will there be any problem in
getting my Visa for F2? Once I get F2 status can I change it to H1 ?
