Filling Forms Help!!
So on the USCIS website, it says to fill all boxes with N/A if it does not apply to you, etc etc. BUUUT when you fill the forms online it doesn't let you type in half the empty boxes!! I was confused about this but sent in my application anyway (concurrent filing of i-130 and i-485 for my hubby).... -

Can I Use Personal Checks?
Can I use personal checks to pay for the I-485 (and other green card package forms, like the I-130) or does it HAVE to be a money order or cashier's check? Anyone out there with experience in sending them personal checks and what was their response? Did they cash them alright? -
Does a Foreign Passport Need To Be Translated?
My husband's passport from Venezuela is also printed in English as well as Spanish (and obviously his Visa is in English as well). Does his main passport page really need to be translated? Has anyone ever gotten asked for a translated copy of a alien spouse main passport page? Help!
