Thing with Middle Surname and Given name

I have issue with filling details for various applicationsrelevant to my name.
My firstname is 'Akshara', middle name is 'Abc' and Surname is 'Xyz'. In my Indian Passport the name is printed as Surname = 'Xyz' and Given name = 'Akshara Abc'.
