Do I need a form G28 - H1B1 Visa

A lawyer filed the LCA for my H1B1 visa. He represents the company while filing the LCA. This H1B1 visa doesn't need a petition. Does this mean should I require a form G28 when I go for my visa appointment?

Hi Everyone,

In the renewal E-1 visa processing, it is required form G-28 ( Notice of Entry of appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative)

I do not hire attorney (too much bad experience with them so far) or any representative.
