my employer agreed to sponsor GC,
and I have 4Yrs 10Months exp before I join my current employer.
Because I dont have 5Yrs of work experience (even dont have MS degree), my employer filed the labor in EB3 category, which is in process and not yet... -

I still have another 7 months left on my H1. Can I have the H1 transfered to new employer and start the GC process? What are the available options in case if I have to start GC process with any employer? Please advice....
