Hi, I transferred to USA on L-1B visa in 2012 and have now resigned with the Indian company and have a permanent job here in US with the same employer. In 2014 I received my provident fund money. Since I am a resident in US will I have to pay taxes in US on the money received. Similarly for Gratuity....
