Is I765 required for L2 EAD dependent while applying for Green Card

Hi, my husband is on L1A and am on L2 -EAD already employed and valid EAD till July 2018. My husband is applying for green card under EB-1 category with his I485, I131 & I765. Do I also need to submit my I765 considering I already have EAD valid till July?
