Filed for a green card in Feb of 2015 to the USCIS
Case was transferred to Chicago Asylum office August of 2015 (No idea why it was transferred but found out why later...

My green card application has started and I-140 has not been filed yet. If I move out of the US to some other country for the same employer with intent to come back in future, can my employer still continue my green card application? or is there a legal constraint for my employer...

Had a RFE and send it they received in july 2016
And now the case still pending on "case must be reviewed" its been 2 months now almost three
