Can L2 biometric be used for GC ead

we applied our L2 visa extension on September 25th along with EAD renewal. Simultaneously we also filled our GC application. Our I 140 is approved. I 485 and GC Ead was filled on 25th dec.

Please share EB1c requirement as compare to L1A. My employer said that EB1c is having extra edibility requirement as compare to L1A and both are not 100% same.
