Time taken for Indian sibling to get a green card??

I am from India working as a counseling psychologist here. My brother is a lawful U.S.citizen. My question was how much time will it take for me to be a green card holder once my brother applies for it?

We completed the immigration process for my husband starting with a fiance visa in 2005. He is now a U.S. Citizen. We are interested in assisting his parents with coming to the U.S. from Mexico. His father has been diagnosed with cancer.

Hi I am planning to sponsor green card for my parents .They don't have birth certificates and i need to execute 2 sworn affidavits .Can some one please help me with the general format needed for affidavit and no objection letter .Thanks for your help.
