I got my H4 visa valid upto 11 Aug 2016 on his old passport was expiring on Aug 31st 2015. On my I94 the expiration date is also Aug 31st 2015 (Same as old passport expiry). I94 port of entry
My wife arrived at the port of entry from India on Sept 9th after her months trip from home.
Her passport had been stamped with H4 till oct15 the date from my previous H1 approval letter.

My H1 approved with the new employer but didn't get I-94 extension card, the letter from USCIS says that I was out of status as on 3/29/09.
