I have got the approval for H1B from Feb 2017 to Nov 2017 from company A . I came to USA in May 2017 and filed extension under normal category , But the extension got denied in May 2018.

i have spent 6 year in US. 5 year on L1B and 1 year on H1B. Can i file cap exempt after staying one year outside of US? Or I need apply for lottery again?

I work for a well reputed world wide consulting firm in Australia and my employer has filed for my H1 in oct 2013. I got my H1 approved after an RFE in Dec 2013. My current Australia visa has expired and the renewal is in process. So I could not go for my visa stamping in Australia....

2) Through iCert portal,employer can file H1 B or H2 B?
