My current H1 B visa stamped on my PPT is expiring on 13-Jan-2017. I applied for an extension and got approved. The new extended petition is valid from 14-Oct-2016 to 13-Oct-2017. The petition has an attached I-94 with same extended validity period as well. Right now I am in India....

My H1B extension was filed on April 12th 2013 and got receipt from USCIS on Apr-15-2013. Till now my case is in initial status .
The center has processing date of 10th April which is not moving further since June 30th .
