H4 to H1 after 6 yrs based on approved I140

I maxed out on my H1 6 yrs in Mar 2014. I do not have any period to recapture.
I moved to H4 based on my spouse's H1 in Mar 2014 and I am on H4, in US since then.
My employer had filed I140 in 6th year of my H1 which got approved in May 2014.
My employer is willing to hire me back...

I maxed out on my 6 yrs on H1B in Mar 2014. Since then I moved to H4 on my husband's H1. I am currently on H4.
My Perm and I140 got approved last month, Jun 2014.

Now I am trying to find a project so my H4 to H1 transfer can happen and I can start working....
