Hi

I had a US visa in 2008 but i did not a chance to travel to US and visa got expired on 2010 and left my old company.
I joined in a new company and they have processed B1 visa but it got rejected, at the same time they put a stamp on my US visa with " Cancelled without Prejudice"....

I have a question regarding my previous H1B; I would appreciate if you can provide your valuable inputs.

My previous H1B was Valid from 2008 to 2011, I never travelled to US on this visa. My US B1/B2 visa was stamped in 2012 valid till Jan 2022, and visited US in 2012 on business visa....

Hi everyone,
I would really appreciate some help on this query.
I got my H1B Visa approval I-797 in Sept 2008 and got the stamp in July 2009. However, I never traveled to the US on my H1B visa, which expired in Sep 2011.

I read on some blogs/forums that one doesn't come...

My Employer A filed a H1Bpetition that was approved in 2008. Valid from 2008-2011. Was never stamped.
In 2015 employer B filed a fresh H1B petition that was rejected in lottery.
Now can I use my expired H1B filed by employer A as a CAP exempt? Is it legal and valid as its more than 6yrs...

Hello Sir,

My application for H1B was approved on Oct 2008. But due to personal obligations did not proceed for stamping so far.

USCIS has reopened the case and sent my notification on Feb 2010.
When I check the case status as of today based on the receipt number...
