I am trying to change my employer. New employer got a job for me and filed H1B petition with New client name in the petition supporting documents. But the client which he mentioned in the documents sent to USCIS is delaying the joining date. Not sure whether that client want me to get to the location...

Hi,

I had my Appointment in Embassy on Feb 5th. Though my time is given at 12:00, my interview happened at11:00. Seems time is required only while entering embassy. I was so scared initially but it went very cool with out any problems. My conversation went like this..

My case still shows up as Initial review in the USCIS case status. But the I129 processing date for h1b COS in the US is now...

I have applied for my wife's H1B for this year and i got the receipt on 9th Apr 2012. There is no movement in the case and it still says initial review. When can i expect the result.

Also has anyone got the approval/RFE or rejection? I have applied in normal processing...
