I just came back from the US consulate here in Mumbai after my interview, the visa officer asked me to send a list of documents through email. Now, the list goes as follows:

1. Invitation letter: An invitation letter from the sponsoring organization in the US....

I got green 221g slip from Mumbai consulate on 10th Dec 2012 and submitted all information on 10th Dec 2012 and my waiting started, it will be great if some one will share there experience on or around same time and if they got there visa?

I had my H1b petition approval (I797) and the VO gave me a 221(g) green slip without looking at any of my documents.

I had my higher education in US and for couple of years with H1B I have been working in US and have for my stamping.

They have requested
