I have following inquiry:

I came for H1 stamping in oct-2010 n got it stamped in oct itself but due to project reasons I had to stay back.

So my question is that now its nearly 5 months but I am still in home country , so does this affect my H1B visa...

I am currently working in US on an H1B visa.
