H1b drop box question - Trump EO

As per USA Travel docs I am eligible for drop box. But only thing I am not clear is about the Trumps EO proclamation issued on june 24th 2020.


I am not clear on this EO.
Am I eligible for Dropbox considering EO ? or will be not allowed to enter USA and chances of 221g?

I had a VISA stamped from my previous employer till July 2019 (VISA provided in Hyd in Feb 2017). I moved to another employer in November 2018 and got i-797A approved till Oct 2020.

I travelled to India on Feb 2 2019 and dropped my documents for interview Waiver on Feb 8. Got an email...

Hi Guys,

On October 16th, I submitted my passport for Dropbox in Chandigarh.
Then on October 26th later in the day, I could see my 'Passport ready to pick up' status on website.
My father collected it on Monday morning (today on October 29th) on my behalf.
