Appointment Letter or Experience Letter?
Hi,
I have worked for an Indian Startup for an year after my graduation. Now I got my H1B picked up from a different company in US, so should I carry just the experience letter of my current Indian Startup or will I need the appointment letter too for the interview? Passport Expiry Date before H1B expiry?
My passport expires in July 2018 and I have my H1B interview scheduled this month. So will there be any issues in stamping as the H1b duration is 3 years and my passport is expiring before that. I live in India and as per the rule, I can't renew passport before July 2017 (one year).

Can we process parallel, H1B petition approved long back 2011 in two company
My H1B petition got approved with my previous employer (I129) on 21-Jan-2011 and still the status in USCIS shows as Approved status (which means still active). My visa was not stamped till now and only i hold I797B form with petition number with me till now and I never travelled to US in H1B till date.... -
