How to use/re-open H1B petition(applied by previous employer)

Hi,
My H1B petition, applied by earlier company was approved in 2012, but I moved out of company by the time approval decision received. So I did not go for stamping.

Have found recently in uscis.gov website my petition is in reopened/reconsidered status. Please suggest, advice...

H4 to H1B Transfer

Hi,

My wife had a valid H1B Visa in 2006 which got expired in 2009. During this period she worked in US from early 2007 to late 2007.

Her employer(same as the expired visa) filed for another H1B Visa with Cap exempt based on her previous visa in 2012 and she got it stamped...
