H1B Transfer with Current employer in progress.Can I search new job.

My H1 Transfer is in progress and is file through Normal process . I have receipt of the Transfer. If I get new job during this transfer period, will my new employer able to apply for Transfer on the current running H1 Transfer receipt ?
