H1B transfer - issue in partial pay stubs

Dear Sir,

I came to US few months back on H1B visa. In the middle, due to my close relative's death, i went to India for couple of months and came back last month. When i was in India, my pay stubs were not generated.

I have pay stub's only for two months. ie, for the month...

Now the other employer with whom I started the process claims that he has started the H1 Transfer...
