Traveling to India for H1B stamping in November 2018

Hi all,

I got H1B approved this year and am planning to go to India for stamping in mid- November. Is it safe to go during that time? How is the current scenario and waiting times for approval?

What all documents are being asked? I work full-time directly for my employer...
