H1b visa stamping - 3 months before i797-a expiry

Hi,

I need to travel to India in the month of November 2018 (last week of Nov) .My current petition is valid till March 2019. I am planning to appear for visa stamping with my current I797-A.

Is it okay to go for h1b stamping when you have about 3-4 months validity on I797-A...

H1B visa re-stamping(extension) without valid Amendment

Dear Experts,
Hope everybody is doing good.. My Husband got an visa extension till 2020 but visa yet not re-stamped! Now he moved to client B from Client A (read client not company as he is a vendor).. So he filled his new Amendment.. All his colleagues got RFE in their respective amendments....

Hi All,

My H1B petition is approved with the beneficiary name as YYYY YYY , No Name Given.

While filling DS 160 form for my stamping , i realized that my surname in the passport is BLANK with the given name being YYYY YYY . Hence my company immigration team suggested...
