My spouse had her H1 and i140 from Company A and due to that I got my H4 EAD. Recently, she accepted an FTE offer at Company B and got her H1 transferred.
Now, Company A would want to withdraw her i140 since she is no more associated with them. Company B has not filed for her i140 yet....

would it be ok to apply for H4 EAD on our own instead of going thorough a lawyer?
