Hi, I am on H4 and my spouse is working for employer A on H1. I am also working on H4 EAD and my EAD, H4 and spouse's H1 is expiring in August 2020. Now, my spouse has offers from Employer B and Employer C. Employer B has filed for H1 and H4 transfer and it is currently under process. how to speed up H4 EAD renewal processing
I wonder if anyone knows how to speed up H4 EAD renewal (category c26) at Texas service center.
I submitted my renewal 105 days ago and my existing EAD expires in 3 days. I'm going to lose my job.

H4 ead extension after h1 spouse's change of employer
Switched job from employer A to employer B. My I-140 was approved with employer A and got H4 EAD for spouse. Employer B transferred my H-1B with extension based on employer A's I-140 and got my spouse's H4 extended as well.
Employer B has not started the GC process yet.

My spouse has an EAD based on my approved I140.
Currently my Employer applied for I129 and I539 and it is pending with USCIS.
I need to file an extension for H4 EAD independently. So can I apply for an extension based on I129 & I539 pending application? -

I had a question how many days it take for H1B + H4 Renewal + H4 EAD as the premium process is suspended. My i-94 is getting expired in September 2017 along with my EAD, We have filled for Renewal on 23rd June 2017 as my and my husband's visa is getting expired in December we couldn't...Last edited by pkaran; 06-23-2017, 06:42 PM.
