My wife has H4 - H1 - H4 visas (797s) with H1 stamping on her passport. She has now H4 approved until 2013. Can she go to Tijuana to get H4 stamping? I heard that we can only get stamping in Mexico for renewal of old stamped visa, not for new visa as in her case she is converting from...
