Has H4 Visa stamping with old employer, H4 Stamping require with new employer again?

Hi , I am on H1B status ( 2nd employer) , earlier I was on L2 latter moved to H1B (1st employer), since I am in USA my Stamping was not yet done , but for my Spouse( H4) dependent has H4 stamped visa with 1st employer which is valid till Aug 2017. We are planning to travel India for 3 weeks ...
