H4 to H1b under cap exempt

Hi,

I entered USA on H1B in May 2013 and exited in April 2014(almost 1 year). I went back to India got married and entered USA again with my husband on H4.

Now, my H1B stamp from the first time expired on August 30th 2015. and my husband's VISA expired on September 30th...

this is the scenario:

I had been on H1B status for over 3 years in the past. The most recent approved H1B validity was Jul 2014 to Jul 2017.

I entered US on H4 since my husband was in US and want to now start working.

Please let me know...
