I have my current H1b visa validity till Apr 28 2017 and I got my extension from Apr 29 2017 to Apr 28 2020 with same employer

I have been monitoring the dates at all consulates in India for my wife's H4 visa and it seems like the july dates were never opened or it got filled with a blink of an eye. Did anyone book for july?

Hi All,
I am currently in the USA on H1B Visa.
I have applied for H4 Visa for my Spouse and Child via my Employer.
Although DS-160 is filled and submitted, they(Immigration team) are unable to schedule Visa Interview appointment as they say that No dates are currently available...
