Hi,
My spouse is travelling to USA with H4 Visa. Her Visa will expire in 1 month 20 days while she will enter USA. My company will file H1 extension and H4 extension for us once she arrives. I am wondering if there will be any issue in the port of entry as the visa will expire in 1 month 20 days....
