    My first OPT will expire on Aug 14, 2011, I have H1 approval I-797 with me.
    I applied for Cap Gap and it Approved by my University.
    I will be on Cap Gap after Aug 14, 2011.

    Now I wanted to bring my wife here on H4 visa (My H1B is approved but not active yet,...

    Hi,

    My company is going to file H1 this april. If i get approval with in 2 months. then do I have to wait until october as H1 starts from that month to file H4 for my wife Or as soon as I get H1 approval I can file her as my dependent H4 before october.
