I aim in US since Aug 2010. I was on L2 status last year. My stamped visa on passport is also on L2. Same way my husband has stamped visa based on L1. Hi,
I am H4 visa holder, traveling to India. Will have to go for H4 Visa stamping along with my husband who is a H1 visa holder.
I have my passport valid for 6 months and 10 days from the date of my visa interview.
